I may be taking things a little off the beaten path, but bear with me. I'm trying to find someone who can get ahold of mats and/or craft some Q120 or higher (preferably not higher than Q 140) amps of +100% Offensive Affliction Power. Disturbers are people too

Can't do 100%, but either on the Matis or Fyros market there is one q120 amp left with 95/95. My best amps go rather quickly lately, and I only sell on vendors, so it's first come first serve. I've just recently hit q130, but it'll be a few more levels untill the good ones come out in that q due to bothersome fail rates with good mats.

You may want to hunt herbivores and plants , their eyes, mushrooms and buds boost power. The boosted branch depends on the eye (bolobis, bawaabs, lumpers, ploderos, messabs, slavenis and stingas are offensive affliction power IIRC) and nameds usually can be used to get 100% power
