*drools this loading screen looks soooo much better! what happened to it.. Was it removed? The loading screen we have now sucks compared to this one...

That was the loading screen during first beta. It changed during beta testing to the retail one you see now.

The new loading screen in my opinion - is more comercial and 'elegant'.

I do miss Jena, but that screen 'dated' fast.

There are elements of both of them that I like. I liked the fact that the old version showed the day/time info when you were loading. I missed that until they put it on the map.

At least the old version loaded full screen.

I've tried and tried to remember when it actually changed but can't be sure. Was it during Focus Beta? Or final beta?

final beta, IIRC, change a few times .......

I remember a bug where the game loaded windowed and you had to change your resolution to get it full screen. Was that related to the windowed load screen? If it was then the 'new' look came in during FBT because I'm sure I was a Tryker when that bug was around.

Only ever played Tryker during FBT....

What day is it again?

i have to say i prefere that loading screen, but then having not seen it before i probably would. an interesting point:

a lot of games have a random cycle of loading screens. this could be implumented into Ryzom and we could have that one back ^o^

She's on the new look screens too - woman in the white space/cat suit. Or so we think.......
