I just downloaded the free trial, made account, patched, and now i'm ready to try this game. But...
The character selection/creation screen is set to such a large resolution that I can only highlight the boxes for characters, and cannot click any other buttons(only assuming other buttons exist, as highlighting the boxes does nothing).
Help!
( I also posted this in tech support, but seems to be a section thats rarely visited )

welcome to ryzom!
Try by changing your desktop resolution to something like 1024x768, then re-launch Ryzom, then update the game configuration before you enter the game so that it uses the game in full screen mode, running at the same resolution as your desktop 1024x768, see if this fixes your issue.

I don't remember if the OUT of game configuration program came with the download/boxed game or if I kept that from beta, but I still have that program, you could click it, fix the issue and log back in.
But yes, Klient is a GOOD way to get answers, most of them are in tells, but you get them. I have yet to log on and NOT find a gm of some server or other, or even the ATS GM there, I have even logged onto Klient and found two or three Gm's online. If the GM's were busy, there was a player or two that knew the answer.

comes with the box, was even improved a bit with one of the ~30 patches
to the matter at hand: change your desktop res to 1024x768 and it should work

Wierd..never had that happen to me. Just curios what kind of video card you are using and how are you rendering (OpenGL or DirectX).
