Missions?

I have a question about rite missions. I have done the creatures of atys missions, all but the rite mission. I have been searching like crazy for the giver of that quest without any luck. But the other day i got tipped that it was the yrkanis guard chief who held the mission, not that i havent tried him before but although i went there again. And as the other times he didnt show me any missions, not even a grey mission, only way to interact with him is to ask "Who are you". So now to the question, am i supposed to see the rite mission greyed out or should it, as for me, not show at all? wich gives that i would just continue walk around guessing who it might be that holds the mission and what you need, fame or lvl and so on, to get the mission....

That rite isnt impemented on the live server yet

Oh ty, I have thought that that rite mission excisted since ppl told me what special action I could gain.

This is definitly helpfull as I have spent quite some time leveling my fame etc, to no avail with the Ragus quest.
A list of what doesn't work is usefull, a list of what we can do on the live servers would be better!
Help anyone?

This is the 3rd or 4th time since they "implemented" encyclopedia rites that nothing seems to have changed with regards to them. <sigh>
It'll happen, I have faith. These things just take time.
