WHY? What happened??

We were in the middle of a trek last night when it went down on us around midnight EST. I wake up early, (this morning around 7:30 EST) and find it's still down. What gives? Any word on what happened or how much longer it's liable to be down? It would be nice if there were some announcement of *why* when a server stays down.

I completely agree with the announcement thing. LOL I'm on Klients right now and the moderator just said that he's lost contact with a guy who was working on the problem, because the guy just fell asleep. Other than that there is no news at all.

Sheesh.. I can't even get into the clients thing, as soon as I start it it just repeats "<SoR> Only registered users are allowed to login at the moment...

I'm really starting to get ticked at nevrax, first they take 2 weeks to fix a double charge for the game to start, then my acccount gets fubar for 3 days, then a crash takes out a few guilds that I'm friends with, and they won't do anything about restoring it, then a few people get their characters nerfed, and now the server is down for what.. 10 hours so far?

During the whole time with all of this, support people are impossible to contact, and the only way I can do it now (klients) doesn't even work.

Their announcement is a joke. The server's been down for over 12 hours and their only explanation is they cannot bring it up without the back-up server? I thought that was the very reason for a back-up server, to run when the main one is down and vice versa...

Amateurs! So much for having a new community liaison.

We had full group stuck in HH at Loria swirly when it went down.

This could be very ugly. Synergy was lost when even less had happen.

Server goes down, almost 12 hours have passed and they are worried about the backup. How do you spell roll back? I pray I am wrong
