I am senior member of Riders Of Apocalypse. Our officers, Exquisite
and Lenox have not been heard from in two weeks. I do not have
their email addys so I don't know what to do.

We cannot let new members join.

We cannot access the vault in our guildhouse in Yrkanis for mats and items.

What the hell do I do? Can you make me temporary officer till they
return?

if they have quit Ryzom, what happens to our guildhouse and Guild?

This is a horrible situation.

For that you have to contact the CSR team, either use the ingame support feature or use Klient.

Just curious, is it only the high officers who missing? If so, your guild leader should be able to sort it out.

This happened to Tryker Black Company. We were the first to have a guild hall. We had terrific guild fame. Our guild leader left the game without passing on the leadership. We were sunk. We started over after waiting a few months to see if the GMs could help us.

Fadin told me they could not change the status and saw no reason to do so, either. Their policy is that the Guilds belong to the guild leader. Whatever the guild leader decides is up to them. If the guild leader wants to pass on leadership when they leave theny can. If the guild leader wants the guild to die when they leave, that it is the decision of the guild leader.

This also happened to The Iris Network. They had to start over.

I could see why they believe that since guild leaders pay to start the guild, but that doesn't make it right. They need some contingency plan for abandoned guilds... Most other MMORPG's have that.

Paying... I don't think that's even an issue. That's chump change... 100K to start a guild... when once formed usually it's the whole or at least most of the guild who chip in for the 10 MIL to pay for the guild hall, not to mention all the time and effort put into stocking the guild hall. But yes I agree they need to have something implemented in these cases.

Nevrax's guild support is non existant. You will probably need to start a new guild because they are showing no signs of taking care of problems guilds are currently having. The list of guilds wronged by Neverask grows every week.

I hate to sound negative about this issue, but this is one issue that they need to address. Our guilds need support for the problems they are facing.

The silence from Nevrax is deafening.
