Praise where praise is needed

This is just a quickie

I was going to write this in the sticky feedback thread but then realised that what I had to say is positive and alot of the posts in that thread aren't (I based this from reading the first page- so shoot me if you must!) :P

First of all I wish to congratulate the hardworking CSR team for there ability to keep us entertained during their events. I realise that people may be becoming bored of them but to organise something like this cant be done without alot of effort (a point which i think is often forgotten). (BTW grats to the samsara for putting on a great event in Zora)

Secondly I found something in game tonight which really pleased me. It was small and relatively insignificant but shows a bit of imagination and keeps the game interesting. What i had found was ghosts in the Knot of Dementia. To have ghosts in this location that follow you around i thought was great and it fits in well. The rest of you reading this may well be scoffing at this, yet i am a firm believer in it being the small things that make the difference.

Another small thing that i love is the flies that hang under the lamp-posts- the detail in this game is wonderful :)

So in a way im saying thankyou to the Devs, CSR team and to those who love to roleplay because you are making this game imho alot better for me to play :D

Please post any other positive feedback here- i dont want any negative stuff.

Definitely the CSRs are what make this game, I am taking a sabitical playing that "other game" atm (I havent gone) and I have yet in 2 weeks to actually see one of there CSR's/GMs or even hear of a ticket being actioned in less than 24 hours.

Here theres a CSR with you in 5 minutes and work with you to have the problem sorted, for this reason alone I will carry on playing/subbing to this game.

Thanks Alibooma.

Also the CSRs are very spportive if you want to run an event. As some will know my guild runs events on a very regular basis, and every time the CSR team has been wonderfully supportive. It is very appreciated and helps calm my nerves when I'm running an event.

I would like to that the people responsible for:
- the very fast response to *any* ticket, no matter how silly or weird.
- The chance everyone gets to organize an event.
- The players that are helpfull and considerate.
- The great graphics in game.
- the persons that thought up the NEL engine and the GPL it is published with.

Grtz

something else i found i loved today....

Them little disc shaped thingies in pr that squirt drops of coloured goo into the air which float down and then evaporate before reaching the ground! I could watch them for about 5 minutes before getting bored- people who say "oh i could watch it all day" are clearly exaggerating! ;)

I think that the Prime Roots have some great graphics going on in there. Whats better is PR is pretty much lag free too :)

Its a shame its so dangerous in there lol

I find that all the touches you have mentioned are a really great part of the attraction to SoR. My favourite is the animations at your character selection screen. 'A lot of people don't know this but' if you log out with empty hands, then your character performs for you when you return for log in.
I play a female character and she has a mini tantrum when I do not give in to her seductive attitude. These animations change occasionally & are worth making sure you put away your picks & weapons etc before logging out.
What do the male characters do?

My Zorai char does several things. He motions to 'some friends' over his shoulder, makes a 'cutthroat' gesture and points out from the screen. He also builds a nice glowing 'ball' of magic, which he then floats around in between his hands, and the grand finale is a little self-levitation :) Quite entertaining but I always forget to unequip...

I have only seen my zorai char do the cut-throat and rub hands together afterwards in a mischievious manner after thing. I think i might have to wait for 10 mins at login to see what else he does :)

Might be worth a new thread
