server lost during patching

cant connect to my ryzom anymore when i fill in log in and pass it says lost server during patching, has been like this since some days, with system recovery i managed to tweak it but now it seems to be ****** all the way
help pls

I suggest you download Klients and chat to a CSR.... they are always willing to help with this type of issue.
