I'll buy either of these at quality 90-110, (100 Bal/Str required for 110?)
Excellent+ , and i also want the hits per minute on the rifle to be above 20
-just realized it _might_ not be possible for HQ at that quality, havent experimented with different qualities yet, so can someone tell me if it works or not please-

A crafter gets the HQ patterns once they reach the lvl of 150 in the respective crafting branch. That means they can craft at least up to q160 for that item at any quality. You can use the pattern for any q item that you want, so you could have a q20 HQ weapon crafted. And it is 100 bal/str for a rifle/pike.

Not sure if someone can craft a HP rifle yet but i know ppl can craft HP pikes

^just makin sure that it was 10 less per quality there, but yeah, this thread is to alert anyone who possibly can make HQ rifle lol, i doubt there is anyone...but im still looking for the pike also
