Question about Winners List

Okay. They finally updated the winners list. I think they were a bit hung up on figuring out who said "9 months" first. 
My question now... I won a mousepad in two different contests. On the Feb. 11th one, I went to look to see which contest question it was... but it doesn't actually list a NA question. They've double up the DE and other things I think. I do believe that the correct question is actually listed in the Feb. 16 winners list, but that list doesn't list the NA server as having participated in that one.
Who borked up the winners list? Will it be fixed?
And...
They keep cancelling just the NA server contests due to "technical difficulties". I know that the first one that got cancelled got rescheduled. I'm not sure if the second cancellation got rescheduled or not. I sure hope tonight's gets rescheduled.
Paranoia says... there are 50 cards to give away... there are 4 servers. That makes 12.5 cards for each server. Are we losing our cards to the other servers because of the uneven amount of cards?
I don't want people to think that I'm ungrateful for the 2 mousepads, or that I'm just a whiny person. I just feel that when we were told the contest would be held on certain days and that a card would be given on each of those days, it should happen. Even if it has to be rescheduled to do so. I, for one, will only see a card like this if I win one. I'd like to have all the opportunities to do so that have been promised.
Why is it just the NA server that keeps getting screwed over? I'm paying the same amount as the other servers, I should have the same chances. Even if it is just for another mousepad.
