Organizing Events

With the increasing volume of players wishing to host an event, it is becoming much harder to organize events without any clashes between times. It is also difficult to arrange CSR support unless you speak to one of the CSR team before announcing your event.

In order to help everyone involved in organizing events (even if you don't wish for CSR support you may like to know a free time) it would be preferable for you to follow the instructions on this post. This should avoid any major events from clashing which is frustrating for everyone.

To book a time slot on the calendar, you should speak to a member of the CSR team who will be happy to help. Please think through your event first, and make sure you know what you want to do and how you can run it, it may be very well your event is not possible to host immediately if there are still some finer details to be arranged.

Once you have thought through your event you can contact our team in a couple of ways:

You can send in a suggestion ticket in game by using the support tool, or if you download the EE-version of Klients from the SoR homepage you can speak to a CSR member there (they will have an "@" or a "G" next to name).

Please note your first choice event time may not be free, so it would be helpful to have a loose selection of dates in mind. If we all work together in this we can make sure that everyone can attend the maximum number of fun events!

Great work Shadowwe :D
I'm sure this will be very handy and from now on, no-one will have to choose bewteen a player-organised trip/whatever, and an "official" event :)

Heya all :)

You are all right about many events small or big that starting happening simultanously and in my opinion maybe a good idea might be to create some kind of Event Board (calendar) for easy spotting already planned events.
I think I've seen sth like this at American Forum.

Thanks
