Heya,

I can get any very good defensive amp I want, 100% all over, but getting the offensive abilities to 95% and up is kinda unusual for an amp. I think?

Can anyone point me to a ql80 amp that has in the offensive part 95% or up? Honestly, healing doesnt matter, I will just carry two amps.

It is possible to get 97%+ on all stats, except for defensive affliction power, on 1 amp
