Right now the Na probably has more.
Although i would excpet the EE server to over take that now the game is available in shops across Europe

Currently the NA server does have a bigger population to the UK server. Due to distribution errors the game hasn't made it into the hands of some or our English brothers and sisters

US will very likely have larger pop for the near future. Nevrax BADLY fouled up the Euro Releases. I have played on the mainland on the EE server with 4 other people during prime times last week.

Only time will tell which server will have a larger population.

However, the US server routinely outpolled the NA server during beta by 2-1, so history is on that side as well.
