Silly questions etc.

Having escaped newbie island and hit my first lvl 50 skill I have finally looked over the parapet and started wondering a few things. I have rumaged through a few forums, chased down some Google footprints (even though some of the connections ended up with "that's physically impossible ... and not what I was looking for").
I ended up with a few basic questions I was hoping someone could either answer - or point me in the right direction - hopefully not calling me too many names in the first place (no matter how much I deserve them).
1) Bulk capacity
Besides wandering around with my low constitution (aka fat & lazy) Packer - is there any way to increase my max bulk capacity beyond 300 ?
2) Stanza charts
Has anyone created stanza skill tree charts (if no one has - I am very tempted to start doing my own).
3) Ranged Attack
Having read the comprehensive comments in Q & A (which did answer some questions) - is there any point in actually levelling this skill at the moment ? Even if the skill had a parity with melee (which it apparently doesn't) I can all ready see the problems with sourcing ql 60+ ammo in large enough amounts to level well. I like this skill - having started to pull down 2k exp per kill solo with a lvl 32 skill I think it has real promise : is that promise real ?
4) the Next Town
At what skill levels can I consider getting from one town to another ? I can see the point in the nearish future when Lakeland harvesting becomes a poor return - so I will want to raise the other specialities.
5) > ql50 nodes
Anyone say how far I have to wander to find a node > ql 50 optimum quality ? I have run over most of Tryker home land (and died when the locals decided I looked like lunch) and found nothing but ql50s. Having rumaged through the excellent Ballistic Mystics pages I can't see any obvious ql60+ areas in my immediate vicinity - where are they and how tough to I need to be before I go there ? I'm not that bothered about Basic etc (at the moment at least) .....
As you can probably tell I have spent 99.5% of my exping so far solo - although I would like to party / join a Guild at some point - I would like to be self sufficient enough that I don't NEED to in order to get on. I understand that this will mean more time - but as long as it's fun not work I'm happy to do it
(Also - I have access to the forums at work - so I get time to ask stoopid questions).
Thank you all for your time

1.) no
2.) not sure, there might be one but i can't point you there
3.) no, range attack is useless
4.) leaving tryker land alone is purely impossible. If you need an escort look at the event section for a trip or ask your guild
5.) Q100 -> Winds of Muse, Q150 -> Fount, Q200, Bount beaches or Enchanted Isle, Q250 -> Loria

For the rangd part:
1 you nead good ammo (high dmg /range)
2 Yor ammo is best matsht with yor wepon (q50 ammo for a wepon q40-q60)
3 You will have to craft the ammo yorself or you will have problems (not alway's if you knowe a crafter ia me

)
4 Joine dazman on one off his shooting trainings you will lern a lod + its fun and not always grinde.
/tell dazman, Azal if you nead info

Buy more packers, buy an appartment and dont forget you can put you packer in the stables. If you pack is just walking, try feeding it

I think some can be found at
http://ryzom.hopto.org Trust me, this has been done, dont waste time on it (unless you want to offcourse)

I find ranged to be plain fun! Also, when you have a melee tree that points into the 100 and you want to help a friend lvl his lvl20 heal, you can pick up a gun and start the new tree. Gain more fight sp in the same time, usefull to, I think.

Whenever you feel like it. Dont forget to lok at your map. You can see Fount, Enchanted Isle, Winds of Muse, Bounty Beaches and Loria there. You can use a portal to get to these places. In WoM you can dig to lvl100 mats, in Fount to 150, in Loria to 250. No worries mate! If you need to get to some of the portals, ask a few peeps I think will cooperate: Me, Sxarley, Rikka, Neun.
Now other lands, that is a totally different story! You need large groups of high lvl peeps to make it to another land, keep an eye on the forum and on region. There are trips quite often.

Please read some about Evolution at
http://evolve.guildportal.com and feel free to apply to the guild. I think you have the age and level of self sufficience we are looking for (and you are a Tryker

Thanks for the reply Sky
I just thought of another question though ....
How does Aggro work in SoR ?
Is it triggered off my highest skill, off my highest damage skill or ... ? I have noticed that the Star indicators for mobs are based on my highest damage skill (which happens to be Melee - what a surprise) so I am assuming that Aggro is as well ... is that right ? Is there a skill point where Aggro mobs decide to leave you alone ?

I've never heard of one and there isn't one at
http://ryzom.hopto.org that I have ever seen, but it does have lots of more useful things on it
4) the Next Town

The next town? You're a tryker so just swim it. You shouldn't run into any trouble on the way, but the mobs there might be too hard for you to solo (being Fyros I wouldn't know about the mob lvls, but I imagine its not that different to Zorai which I have been to many times)
To get to the next land on the other hand, join a trip that is going there, or join a guild and get them to take you

The skill level of mobs is set, i.e. it doesn't change - the stars you're seeing aren't based on your skills, they're purely based on the level of the mob in question - anyone who targets that same mob will see the same star indicator.

Joins in and watches him die many many times.
As to answer the agro question:
Each agro mob has a certain "view" distance. If he looks your way and you are within that distance he will agro you, no matter of level in anything. Using speed up will enhance you chances of not being seen, because the test if you are in the viewing triangle of the mob is only done every few seconds.
As of changing targets that is a more difficult question. Each player fighting the mob will generate a pool of agro points, depending on his actions and distance to the mob. The people with the most damage or highest heal generate the most. the Taunt skill generates a quite big amount additional. The mob will most likely target the player with the most agro points.
