Are those rites still not active/working after the patch?

Does that list remain the same even after todays patch?

Yes it does. According to the patch notes a few rewards were fixed but they don't pertain to any of the inactive rites.

So basically we have waited a month for the devs to put in a fix that does nothing more than make a mission mission seem completed by the game. A mission that doesn't give any rewards nor open up any new rites.
I love this game, but each patch that goes by its getting harder and harder to justify paying a monthly fee for a game that doesn't have something as basic a story driven missions.

My play time has been reduced by choice down to about a few hours a night, to make sure the guild is running smoothly.
Rest of time I spend doing some programming for a free tool I am creating for the general player base that wants to continue to play the game.
I get sick to my stomach every time I see lists of incomplete features that might some day make it into the game.
Especially after I spent countless hours trying to complete some of those rites, but didn't know they were incomplete until now, its just pathetic.
Steeling cars and doing missions in grand theft auto gives me more of a sense of completion than what is in Ryzom at the moment, but I am sticking it through for a while yet, atleast until summer.
Then its either Ryzom, or the Beach for me.

Looking at your avatar picture, I'd say you need the beach pretty bad.
