No this does not. We plan to work together to help newbies and outfit new members to our guilds. We have other goals in mind that need to be ironed out.

I look forward to meeting members of both guilds when my Mianni finaly braves the cross over to the main land. ATM she is waiting rather impatiently for her friend Simba to grow in strength so they can cross over together to explore the new and larger lands.

40 armor crafter ( light boot and vest, Medium pant, vest, glove, heavy boot and arm all with either +10hp or +5hp with +5sap)
40 melee weapons crafter (dagger, 1h sword, lance, mages focus staff all with either +10hp or +5hp with +5sap)
36 ranged weapons crafter (bowpistol and armor piercing ammo)
23 jewerly crafter (ATM earring only with either +10hp or +5hp with +5sap)
..... once I get to the main land and over Q20 mats, should start seeing 5-10hp with 1-5 sap (3rd skill in armor and melee weapons so far, only 2nd lvl in ranged, ammo and jewerly crafting skills) .....
