Unable to reactivate account

I want to reactivate my account and start playing Ryzom again, but the "edit account" web site is not giving me the option to do so. It has not been 3 months since my account was deactivated. I have sent e-mails to both support and billing and I have not received a response from either. I have also accessed the Chat Client and I also received no response in there as well.
This is my last effort to get in contact with anyone from Nevrax about this issue. I would like to resubscribe to Ryzom again.
