Unable to reactivate account

I want to reactivate my account and start playing Ryzom again, but the "edit account" web site is not giving me the option to do so. It has not been 3 months since my account was deactivated. I have sent e-mails to both support and billing and I have not received a response from either. I have also accessed the Chat Client and I also received no response in there as well.

This is my last effort to get in contact with anyone from Nevrax about this issue. I would like to resubscribe to Ryzom again.

Billing sucks. I had to get my password reset and all when my credit card expired. The old one apparently got changed. I waited for a email for like DAYS. Finally came and i changed the billing info thank god. Good luck mate with your toubles.


HEY NEVRAX YOU EVER HEAR OF A PHONE. I know its old school tech but it works great. *)

Try emailing billing suppport.
