I had found this blank template awhile back and decided to get a bit creative and came up with this

I just wish the mods would turn on the IMG tags so I could put it in my sig =P

Edit: You're right, I'll modify it some and without the FBI part on it... I sometimes forget the obvious things that people might be somewhat offended by. My apologies

You should get a photo editor and make it more centered towards Ryzom.

Careful with the FBI stuff - Nevrax being a French company might not like IDs from american authorities associated with it.
