So far in my travels I have come across a large amount of Kami tribes that are under level 150, but none that seem to be over that. One the flip side of things I have run into a bunch of +150 Karavan tribes, but few under 150 (green seed and silt sculptors (which are bugged) seem to be it). So if a person is a Karavan follower (damn them! *smile*) what tribes can they attack when they get over level 200? Or if they are a Kami follower between levels 100 and 170, what tribes can they attack? Also why is it setup so that generally speaking Kami tribes are low level, while Karavan tribes are high level?

Unfortunately it has 2 guardians.

They showed up in that spot here recently, as of the final patch I think.

That's the company of the Eternal Tree. They aren't new. They can be found in the Haven of Purity in Witherings as well as in the Nexus. They have also been put with the Kamis around those glowing dome things in 3 of the four lands.

there are tons of tribes, if i am correct they each follow either kami or karavan. so what you are saying is that all the tribes in lvl 150-250 areas are karavan???
imho it seems highly unlikely. i always found it to be fairly balanced, though i cant think of the religion of any 150+ tribe i'm sure there must be some that are kami.. right?

As far as I know the majority (not all) of high level (150+) tribes are Karavan based, while the majority of low level ones are (<150) are Kami based. This is very true in the Zorai and Fyros land. And seems to hold true for the Matis and Tryker.

10 Kami tribes under 150 and one above 150
3 Karavan tribes under 150 and and 8 above 150

Try scorchers / watches in fyros 2-4 star purple kami followers - well at least i keep loosing kami / gain karavan fame when i kill them.
