Question about your post Cerest

"We encourage you to go and speak to the barmen, they are indeed cool homins and will direct you to other rites."
I have spoken to all the barmen in the Cities of Intuition and only the one in Zora gives you one mission. When you said "direct you to other rites", do you mean that more than one of the 4 barmen will give more than one mission? Do you mean that they should direct you to others? Because as I said, I have yet to experience that.

The barmen will tell me that they are rite givers (who are you?), but they never offer any rites or any way to progress. I have tried several and in different lands.

Well Raynes, it's just as I said, we encourage you to go and speak to the barmen. I can't be much more specific (like telling you who or where) without ruining some of the gameplay for everyone. Somethings you just have to figure out for yourself and this is one of them.

I'm not asking for who or where. What I am asking is if the barmen have more than one rite to hand out, or has this bug affected them so the number of rites they give out is limited.

I know the barman in Zora has given multiple rites to the same people. I could only get one from him though. The one I can't get is a harvesting rite, and I assume I can't get it because I am a Desert harvester and not jungle. Other than that, most of the NPCs in game seem to do nothing but let me know they can give out rites but never offer any.. even if they are groups that I have 100 fame with and me being over 150 in 3 out of 4 of the main skill trees.

Ok, that answers my question. I guess just having harvesting and combat abilites is going to severly limit my options with the encylopedia.

So far I've spoken to zoraï barmaid in Zora and matis barman in Yrkanis, and they both gave me missions. Haven't tried the ones on other continents though. Obviously I have what it takes, that's all (prerequisites in means of levels or fame, I don't know).

Still, has anyone gotten rites in anything other than their capital?
