The new invasion came, can we handle it?

Hi there readers,
This post is mostly aimed at the players who are a bit longer in the game. We have a great community, loads of good players and helpfull Homins roam the land. Then why post?
For the last week we have seen a really big bunch of new players move in. The main cause for this is that a trail account for EU players is forced upon the Arispotle server. Some will leave after two weeks, others will start a new character on the german or french server. Also quite a few will stay and that is what this post is aimed at.
New players tend to be full of silly questions, will use caps in regionchat or use regionchat that would be more suited for around, like chats that are not in english (the official server language). Also will new players shout for rez while passing the simple logic that we cannot smell out their location and that telling us the corpse is "at the cloppers" is also a bit too vague. Aahhh, haven't we all been through this? I know I did and quite a few times I still make unwanted mistakes, specially with chat.
But why mention this? I think we should be nice to the new players, as nice as we were treated when we arrived. Being treated very well was one of my main reasons to start paying for the game. And here we arrive at the core of my speech.
More players = more money for Nevrax
More money for Nevrax = more devtime into SOR
more devtime into SOR = better game
start at top...
Also will more players ensure that the game will be around in a year time also, this game needs a constant cashflow to maintain the servers and pay the people maintain the servers and code patches, like the one where I can name my packers and mount.
I, Frydeswinde, solemny swears to do her -ing best to be nice to new players, not to make fun of them and not shout at them for using caps. Also will I try to maintain nice when non-english is used in region, when I am asked about skills, tp or whatever. And last but not least, I will do my very best to ensure the Arispotle server will never *ever* start to look like B.net a few months after the release of Diablo2.
Grtz,
