Cast speed - depends on the skill tree of magic used.
Sap consumtion isn't effected .... spell power is

Light armour has no penalty
Medium/Heavy have a penalty
This is due the the armour type not the mats used.
You can however increase you sap/focus/hp/stam with bonuses on you equipment.

90% of the time you hit your bulk or item limit long before you hit you weight limit .... Weight has only every been an issue for me on range ammo and weapons.
I am convince that weight effects you run speed ... it has done in the past .... but it has been switched on and off so many times I forget now!

maby it also hits the attack speed and castingspeed and not only the runspeed. I sould do some testing on it becos its kinde of inportant. Non of the stats on mats is actualy worthles and affecting waight in a rpg sence is limiting movement and so actions... . If you get my point

Overweight hits not only your running abilities- also affects crafting- when u carry too much yellow numbers are visible next to ur current level ( Action Progression window), it's a kind of penalty but cannt say u more have to check it(it has happened to me yesterady and I aksed GM about this but all he could explain was how those new stats appeared.
