Slythe (to old man): "As we've already told you, we're going to pick up a thing. To be honest we're not quite sure what it's going to look like, but we know it's to be found near Sirgio's territory. Now, can you tell us anything useful about Sirgio or the land between here and there? And no games old man, we don't have the time or the patience for them!"

"About Sirgio? He is a powerful bandit lord that you truly do not wish to mess with. I intend to avoid him as much as I can for fear of my life. If you bear to the right as you come into Matis, and return the same way, then you should - hopefully, avoid him. As to the land, it is filled with dangerous beasts, most especially Cuttler, so I'd arm yourselves accordingly."
