Negative feedback for Gameforge

tis terrible times if you are actually banning Zahan/ wallo from the forums because of his original post, if yous cant take criticism then start running a perfect system, doubtful as we all human .(hope this isnt true and im just posting out of turn and drunk )

According to karachat he was banned for the forum posts [now deleted] and "harrassment of CSRs". From the little I saw of him in /u that wouldn't surprise me at all... Also lets all remember that us players never hear the full story behind bans because of privacy reasons.

But no, It wasnt just this thread. It was some other things along with it, they told him. Still I've seen people do worse, and they are still around/been allowed back.

I think Gameforge could've taken a different approach... maybe... I do not know what happened. But last I heard while I saw Uni that Wallo / Zahan was causing problems. And that if they banned him for starting this thread then everyone in it who also gave criticism (both constructive and not) should/would also be banned to.

But I highly doubt they would ban someone from the forums let alone the entire game for one pointless thread. Yes, Gameforge may have been somewhat eager to let Jolt go... but hey business is business. I see the new CSRs are still finding their place and I am sure they will conform to the community.

I hope they at least got some people who know about the game... I had to deal with one CSR... forget the name started with an A.... she seemed very approachable and helped, just as friendly as the Jolt CSRs. We had some really good CSRs from Jolt though. But I am sure in time the new CSR team will learn what the community needs, just as long as some of us stop acting like babies.

Ok here goes, i havent read all the other pages other than the first post, and to be quite blunt i dont want to. The title says its all 'Negative'. To be honest i never hear you stop moaning about how everything is bad. The CSR's in my opinion have better acquainted me than the previous CSR's.

Gameforge saved a game that to be honest was on its last legs, yet you expect no changes to personnel. Stop living in a dream world, their a company who want to make money, get over the fact that Jolt were removed.

As to the change in server, ive had better rates and less packet loss.

The thing that truly annoys me about people moaning is, the fact that we always wanted small things changing to iron out the little areas, thats what they have started working on and we still moan. They need time to settle in to a new game, and also a whole new company. If you dont remember went bust, last and my ending parting is Wallo how much do you actually play now, no offence but LOTRO doesn't come close to Ryzom.

Hopefully they will provide great service, or not as ive experienced.

edit - The total fact that i even replied to such groans is annoying me.

gameforge have been here a very short time, they have bought into a game with a community that is very fed up of nothing being done under previous managment, constructive threads IE the "what bugs you most" is ideal for game forge to look through, pick out good ideas for being changed, sadly for alot of players its all too late, unlike nevrax GF have the viable option of re-releasing ryzom, things aint gunna happen over night!
