Ok, some things are outdated, but most of it is still true.

If any of you have things to update, or to add here, please do so.
Newbes may not really "need" help, but some will probably be glad to have a place to read up on things.
I´ve started a list of Abbreviations and InGame Lingo in the German Newcommers Section.
Maybe someone from Arispotle may do so here too. Because neither I nor a Newcommer can know all of the special wordings and shorthands you might use around here.

Some surely are similar, but some may be unique to this server.

So anyone care to start?

Acridiel, you sure know i totally agree with your 'original' post.

Unfortunately that is not the actual answer to what's happening in Atys.

That post, despite contains a lot of wise things, will not help new players at all now, during this event. Reality is different and the game for the low-mid players (new players that still have to learn a lot of things, not alts) is almost unplayable for them. And hoping all the vets take care of them is totally out of reality.

Of course not all of us "Vets" will take care of every Newbe running around.
That´s simply impossible, I know.

But, where´s the trouble for at last some newbes and oldies, to team up?
Where´s the harm in asking if someone is willing to go out there with you, to kill a few bugs?

If its all about the rewards, or "I can´t because I´ve got better things to do", or worse,
if truly nobodyeven bothers to answer this call, then even I´d agree that Ryzoms Community isn´t what it used to be anymore.


But truly hope this is not the case.
