[Minor] Sometimes, (maybe it's a visual effect) the HP bars on a target seem to "refill instantaneously". It seems to have happenend in other events as well.
This does not seem to happen, at least for the moment. I don't know if it is a visual glitch for bosses having a huge pool of HP, a "controlling hand" from our beloved CSRs (soory Souls, can't help considering conspiracy theories constantly) I don't know. We will see with the exterminators.

- [Minor] nitpicking.... but the event almost reached the point of becoming "too" repetitive. Wave after wave, plus the commander. it was a imho well chosen number of waves, but the players started to drop the scenario before the event was over.
The fact that we advance throughtout Atys makes it way less repetitive, and we need to port and actually look for them, is nice and entertaining. Of course, cleaning up the areas does seem like an accomplishment, but it can also be frustrating to realize the scarcity of some when we are on a grind/slaughter roll....

- [Wish] Also, as the pink rez gadget (Sxar) mentioned, the ranks could use some variation, and also in terms of relative difficulty. Basically there were 2 types (for a specific kitin species): the "private", a 3-5* purple and the "commander" (bossy). What about having more variation? from low hp ones to the point that one can bomb them and one-shoot a bunch of them, progressively towards the "Supreme Commander", with 5 or 6 degrees of difficulty (maybe it is already like this, but it seems the bi-nature minion/boss).
Relative difficulty depending on the region. Similar rewards but also depending on the relative difficulty. Enough variation, in general. Also, different kinds of kitin, with different resistances, etc. Well, a nice improvement

- [Wish] the next step would be very nice. The "mass invasions" are cool, one of the selling points of the game and can be repeated periodically... to some extent. Whereas balancing the difficulty is tricky without knowing in advance the number of players willing to assist, two details:
* first, one cannot avoid having the impression that it is a bit of a "zerg" effort -- if only similar events were held without targetting a server-wide, sunday-eve population -- except when there are multiple "bosses" it is hard to define "tasks" to be performed by different groups of players (e.g. one controls the hill, the other the base, the third protects the civilians, etc). The "let's Zerg the boss" is too present.
It is now possible to go in teams, 3-9 players and to work on the invasion with a lesser "zerg" effect, which can still be there for the Exterminators. Way less "Zerg" effect, and more guild/team mission-likes. Very positive.

* second, the sandbox nature of the ring scenario, while fun, is limiting, no long term effects, (no rewards too, but personally reward is not as important as e.g. not having NPC merchants if we loose). Several players decided to drop the scenario before it was over, regardless of how many bosses left... they had their invasion-shot fix and over.
Week lasting invasion, affecting Atys and day-to-day (well yes, I can't dig and craft safely either and probably some mats will time out at the vendor, but this is PRECISELY what we have been asking for loooong). I would rather have the invasions in Atys thatn in a Ring where the effects are somehow minimized.

All in all, smallish details in the review of a positive event.
And yet, Nevrax has basically improved most if not all the points that we raised from the last Ring-based invasion. My Kudos to the CSRs/ devs team. I am enjoying the event, although I am aware of the shortcomings. The bar gets higher and higher, and it does look promising for the Kitin nest
Points to improve:
* It is hard to give some slack to newcomers, yet allow them to actively participate so they wish. Although I am enjoying it myself and we ask for this, putting our day to day IG lives at risk, unable to dig/trade, etc., when one reads about a few newcomers complaining about the invasion it is hard to arrogantly answer ("Atys is alive", "things change", "get over it", "wait or do something else") so I do think there should be room for everyone, but the point is how?.
Wishes:
- Notify in advance if (when) the event is over. It could be very frustrating not to get the title with x pieces in the bag if one logged right after the event was closed.
- While some (including myself) players may have not a lot of trouble gathering the 5k pieces to get the titles (if so they/we wish, we can thankfully play a siginificant amount of hours, although it's tight...) it *does* feel like a grind, and if the event lasts a week, it may affect casual players. What about providing alternatives to get the rewards? -- just thinking out loud here -- With no-time-limited events, casual players can get their own goals at their own pace. If a player can just play the weekends, and the event is over, it is unfotunate that he is not entitled to get what other players can get.
