West/East coast have got to be out of the question.... we are all spread too far apart. I would love a west coast IRL, but thats cause I live here.... east coast would be very hard to do for me.... im sure the same applies to people on the east coast... so thats why I say its gotta fall in the middle somewhere....
so central(ish) would work best i think..
Denver - Kansas City - Tulsa - (maybe Dallas, might be too far south...)

yeah but I have heard some euro's express interest in attending,. which is why my east coast choices were mentioned as relatively more cost effective travel hubs for them.. Im open for other places I just had many others in mind aside from my self since I dont drive,.. anywhere is travel for me..

Well that would be a fun thing. East Coast would be quite convient for Euros who want to come. Tho Chicago is kind of inbetween East and West coast. Tho Minneapolis is nice and flights from Toronto go into there. So good for Canadians and Euros. It almost seems because of our distances that would almost have to be two, West and East coast due many from east can't afford to go west and west coasters cant go east. This is going to be quite the thing for logistics.
Places tho bars are nice, can get quite noisy and depending on number of people and what you want to do.
Are you planning like events or presentations by the players? Is it just a hey we get to all meet in person kind of thing.
A hotel with meeting room and adjoining bar for people who want to partake in beverages.
Lots of planning. Good Luck to the planners.
Will be watching to see how this works.

We're waiting for some more information from Nevrax before we start throwing too many ideas together, don't want to start moving in the wrong direction, and all that.
Should have some more information soon.
