Make sure your desktop resolution is higher than 800x600. It needs to be set to at least 1024x768.Unregistered wrote:HERES THE DEAL: My character creation screen is too big for me to see the whole thing and I can't create a character.
Make sure you enter the CD-key, not the pre-order code. Some retailers send them both in the same box. Also, some letters look pretty similar, i.e. vv and w.Unregistered wrote:ahh i boguht the game installed it and now I cannot register because everytime I try I fill everythign out and I type int he correct image code and everytime it says I typed it wrong whats the problem?
Yes, that is normal. You can always improve your frame rate by adjusting the game settings. Reducing for instance the far clip range, near clip range or landscape quality has proven to be of help.I just have a question about framerate. I have an Athlon 2800, 1.2 gigs of pc 2700 ram, and an ati radeon 9700 pro card, and on pretty much any graphics settings i get about 15-20 fps out in the open, fighting mobs, and mainly around 15 fps in the middle of a large city. Is this an ok speed to be running the game at? At least compared to other ppl with similar rigs?
3 hours on broadband doesn't seem right. Your connection to the patch server was probably poor at that time, or the patch server itself was undergoing temporary network problems. Please let our customer support know if this problem persists.Greetings.. I am wondering if there is insane of amount of downloads from a new install I have a very good Broadband connection but I have been downloading for over 3 hours now.
Could be quite a few things...Do you have Directx 9.0c installed? If not, please get it. You can also try running the ryzom_recover.exe . The application will run a search on missing/corrupted files and fix them." This application has failed to start because of d3d9.dll"
"nel_drv_direct3d_winrd.dll not found" what should i do
