Staying. I'm having more fun now that I have to think about what I'm doing. I also have a few friends signing up this weekend. I showed them the game, explained that it just got a lot harder, and they loved it.

Ryzom had incredible creativity and potential to start with. it's the first mmo that I actually got excited about in a very long time. Its amazing how quickly all that got shot to hell.

Not canceling yet, but it wont be long if nevrax doesn't hurry up and pull their heads out of that dark place that smells funny.

I already quit. I'm not shilling out cash waiting for them to fix their problems.

Anyone interested in a slightly-used copy of Ryzom, who doesn't mind having to log-in using someone else's user name? I'll make ya' a great deal. (TMMamoru@Yahoo.com)

Unless rapid changes are made so that mages can be more than just support healers in groups, I am gone at the end of my subscription period.

I'm paid up for a month or two. The patch is going to be a test of the relationship between players and the company. Other mmorpg's have crummy patches all the time. How they address the issues is most important. I am also a bit concerned that some of the things were brought up long before the patch came out and there was no interaction to fix them before it went live.

No Race Chat, only region chat, this is stupid. Game is still totally unbalanced. Armor is really of little use. Mage is healer only. Very few crafters left ingame. Very hard to make money. etc, etc.

I at first thought Ryzom was going to be tha game that really made a difference in mmorpgs. The structure is there, the people to make it work, unfortunately are not.
I dont't think the devs of Ryzom have any clue on how to fix this game.

I have some time left on my Sub. I will pop in to check, but I have little hope.
I have Cancelled my account.
