escalation is pointless. it means you need to route a complaint of yours through the people who ARE the problem. bit of a conflict of interests there. the proper way would be to open an alternative way that circumvents the csr and may only be used for complaints about them.

From here:
If you have a concern with a CSR.
If you encounter any problem or issue with a Customer Support Representative (CSR), please email us all the details at sorcsr@nevrax.com. Although you will not receive any replies, all emails will be fully investigated at Nevrax by the internal CS team.
(Yeah it says @nevrax but apparently that's still the one :p )

Lol the OP just got banned for making this post (and other misdemeanors I'm sure). If you ban me for replying then you'd better return my annual subscription, the same annual subscription I'm confused about being charged for as it seemed like we were switching to a 6 months deal.

I don't give a flying frippo about my guild leaving and their motives but what does annoy me is that after significant research, Ryzom is still the best MMO out there and Gameforge look like they're screwing it up just as badly as Nevrax did, just in a different way. I'm actually behind the recent changes - Jolt ruled but business is business.

But come on, aardnebby was never as big a troll as grimjim :) Seems like this is trying to stop his imagined crusade before it even starts. Is this even in line with doubletap's similar ban? How free is speech on these forums?

I'm very patiently waiting for this game to get it's act together.

Z, what have you gone and done? Nothing to see here to warrant any action.

Nice to see you, Rashan, by the way :) .

Just to try to clarify your subscriptions confusion ...

Web : Long Term Subscriptions by Marjo

... snip snip snip ...

Note: when you subscribe, you pay immediately for your whole selected period. The 1 year option isn't available anymore.

If you originally subscribed for a period of 3/6/12 months last year and have since been paying for the 1 month period from the reopening of the billing system, please note that at the end of the current period, your 3/6/12 months subscription will be automatically renewed should you not have changed your subscription option in the meantime.
Looks contradictory in the case of annual subscriptions, but I suggest that GameForge wanted to honour the old subscription offers for long term subscribers who had taken advantage of the annual deal, so your deal remains until you change it, not GameForge.

I know there isnt anything as freedom of speech on a forum, but this could do much more harm then they realised... One thing i liked about this forum is that u could adress anything, seems that was a utopia......
