"1) At what point did PF EVER get labeled a Matis guild....we are <50% matis, just so you know. So can our Zorai members occupy Zo-Kian?"
You are listed as Karavan/Matis on the guilds thread actually ;)

X,
I am also glad we can debate on things.

In the days of Infinity, there was shown little mercy, I was there with the nightmare of trying to hold on to what we had. You expect better now?

Power changes hands all the time. It was Kami, now it's Karavan. It will be Kami again. The problem i was having is the ones who claim a basically 'RP' stance of Karavan, but then fight for the Kami...just makes absolutely no sense to me.

One thing I'm curious about... if friendship really does overrule faction and race... why not do something that ought to make it easier to play with your friends? Sure you can't change race on an existing character, but changing faction is certainly doable... Lathaniel, Sekhmet, and Keiko seemed to have no problems managing to do it. ;)

What sort of myth is being spread here, with Infinity and the 'nightmarish Kami' running amok in some dark ages of hominkind, when in fact Infinity's closest allies were, OmegaV, which don't look like a Kami guild to me, and that the players who resisted were, in fact, homins of all allegiances and civilizations?

If the Nexus, Evolution, Darkmoor Rangers, and Atys Ghosts were to convert to Kami faction, it would make things much easier for those of us who are playing the "faction first" game - and that is probably why they won't.

With regard to the "who is playing their roles right" debate (the whole fake vs real factioneers argument, for example), sometimes I just wish we could all play the game and let everyone choose their own RP stance rather than criticising every little perceived flaw or inconsistency in the way other people play.

In the end, people will play this game as they choose, and all the petty criticism and fingerpointing that is currently being done by so many people in all factions and all camps is just killing that game.

I'd love it if we could fight the wars in the game without dragging the conflict into the domain of the real world here on the forums where some people at least seem to be taking this roleplay and conflict thing far too personally.

To the original poster, I applaud the stance you have chosen and the mission you have taken on. Even though in game I will stand and fight on *my* chosen side, with the "faction first" karavaneers, I am also happy that you are a part of the SoR community and look forward to meeting you again, in the battlefield and out of it.

So er... bringing the topic back from what happened over a year ago... I find it all kinda funny this has come from what me (and I think) Komi were on about to start with. And this is those folk which say one thing, and do another. ehehe.
