sry for caps but I have some very important info(I believe),It is possible that someone hacked their accounts but If that ''hacker''(hahaha) did it why he/she didnt take any gooddies from OP??? This is DODGY and I will only reveal what I know(it might help to resolve the situation) to Soulsnatcher. I also won't tell my name in game so don't ask! And I only do it for SOUL cos they been ripped off in big style!!! BTW if Kara Via or whoever overtake OP I will get as many ppl as I can(and I can) to attack OP and help SOUL cos they deserve it!!!

I think that we should cool down a bit and let nevrax investigate the issue.

Since fraud is suspected (hacking accounts) the act of temporarily banning of all the involved accounts is normal procedure - until they study logs and figure out what happened they don't want any more messing around.

As for sharing accounts/passwords - this is pretty much like leaving your car in the driveway, engine running, doors open and going back in the house to make a phone call... a car theft waiting to happen. Now this obviously isn't a good idea but it is not a crime either. On the other hand, hacking an account or stealing your friends' possesions is.

I really hope to see nevrax getting to the bottom of this. I know that they won't be able to say who did what, but a post announcing that the situation was cleared up and all the guilty people punished will go a long way in restoring peace and trust in the community.

Hi Guys.

As you would expect I've been keeping an eye on this thread. Firstly, a big thumbs up to most of you for managing to keep it (mostly) flame free, it makes life so much easier. Let's try and keep it that way. There are lots of conflicting stories, claims and counterclaims and LOTS of irregularities that we are trying to work our way through to get to the bottom of exactly who did what to whom. This will not be a quick five minute check as there is a hell of a lot of information to go through and I'd prefer any action to be taken against the right people, despite the smoke screens that are being thrown up. Rest assured, we will find the guilty party or parties and I will deal with whoever it turns out to be. We've already discussed in other threads that we don't discuss actions taken against an account holder with anyone other than that account holder, and that will apply here of course. So you may not see it, but it will happen.

Actually I believe quite clearly they are. If not even going so far as theft of services.

Setup a trial account for them.

Multiple trial accounts over time could be considered the same.
