Can't turn off DP from kinchers because it would encourage that sort of dragging behavior.
if there was no DP from kinchers, I can forsee players dragging aggro into fights with the intention of dying to the kinchers in order to deny 'honor' to their opponents.
thereby displaying the absence of any honor of their own, but does anyone think Im wrong ?
This exercise is bringing out the absolute worst behaviour in the community.

The person doing the dragging ends up with no dp. The faction that its dragged to usually dies. The draggers faction survives and then he gets rezed. The only people who acutally pretty much are guaranteed no DP are the ones on the side of the dragger.

Below is the paragraph you were looking for, taken from
this Q&A:
8. [world GvG]: wouldn't this mean that an attacking force could simply use some sort of kamikaze-strategy? Example: Attackers stand and wait or just run and hide somewhere far from the outpost while one elected homin of their team goes to nearest group of mean aggro-mobs, uses invul and drags them to the camp. If this dont kill the defence Im sure its a pretty good way of weakening them... or even so, if the attacking force would close in while the aggros are in the outpost, but stand far enough away not to get the aggro and then start nuking the defence... I hope they make this forbidden. [Submitted by jinnear (EN)]
Sure, the attackers could use this strategy, but the defenders too. And as the NPCs themselves won't be aggro by mobs, there would still be some work to do...
Since the above quote was related to a specific situation, please keep in mind that we always deal with such situations on a case-by-case basis. There's a difference between making use of valid strategies in order to achieve a tactical advantage in combat and behaviour designed to ruin the fun for other players.
