good point mate. Did not think about that when i posted. I was mainly reffering to being able to use the Amercian server.

6270982 - error 53 indicates a problem with your account access - I have checked your accoubnt and it's all back to normal now so you can log in as usual.

PLEASE HELP!!!!! I DOWNLOADED GAME YESTERDAY,REGISTERED FOR FREE TRIAL,AND WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT TO THE SERVER IT SAYS''CONNECTING...'' AND EVEN AFTER HOURS AND HOURS IT DOESN'T CONNECT JUST SAY ''CONNECTING...'' PLS. HELP ME I'D LOVE TO PLAY RYZOM BUT I CAN'T.

Please check your firewall settings - chances are the game client is being blocked as it changes from one port to another
Here are the ports need for Ryzom
UDP 47851
TCP 80
TCP 40916
TCP 43434
TCP 6001 (Klients support)

WELL MY FIREWALL,HAS 3 OPTIONS:1-NO CONNECTION,2-OUTBOUNT(client),3-INBOUND AND OUTBOUND.SO WHAT TO DO?OTHER PROGRAMS WORKS BUT RYZOM CANT CONNECT,I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND THIS PORTS HOW TO USE THEM?
