I'm sure the point is to make the same, but thinking a little in the low-level players. Near the newbie zones (lvl 50-60) don't put 3 lvl 40-50 mob; put only two, so it can be possible for a solo PC kill them if they need to do.
In that way you don't annoy that players, and they can play while the rest can take the same fun.
The idea about a invasion is that they invade the safe places and that you have to fight regain territory. You are forced to cope and find a way to survive them. That is what this is about. The world atys is advertised as a dynamic world, and so here it is being dynamic. I want to be annoyed when I log in, there must be some kitin at the cities and safe spots around the TP's. They are invading, and the homins must fight to regain the lands.mithur wrote:I'm sure the point is to make the same, but thinking a little in the low-level players. lol! Yeah, darn those kitins! They resist 75% of the damage I do to them and I think I used 300 bullets to take one down. I gotta get a team.sx4rlet wrote:Dont you mean that your grand-grandson 'the great master kitin exterminator' will tell his stories to Ulani 'The almost Hunter of Debutant Kitins'?

Fine, that's your opinion, and it's fine.geezas wrote:The idea about a invasion is that they invade the safe places and that you have to fight regain territory. Well, Wraith wasn´t about Fun. It was about Horror. I´d had some very, very, good scares in my time playing wraith. It´s a kind of Fun.mithur wrote:Fine, that's your opinion, and it's fine.
I think in another way; I've been Game Director for Pen-and-Paper RPGs for more than 13 years, and I've learn a couple of things: The lore, the background story must be good, and it's basic for a good game. That's totally true. But the objective is playability. Wraith:The Oblivion has a damn good background, and a very poor playability, and wasn't very funny.
I think that, if you have to sacrifice a little background for a better play, as a storyteller you have to do it, and that is why I have my opinion about this.
