I well i would like an east coast but for the majority i would say to go in the middle and say Chicago

Chances are that a winter thing would be too soon to make happen. So...coming at it from an early spring perspective...

Las Vegas would probably be the best deal for travellers. While it's more of a hike for EMEA travellers, it's (at most) a single flight from whatever international hub they come in through. It would also be especially afforable mid-week as the hotels and flights tend to be VERY cheap to try to draw in the gamblers during the quiet times.

The LVCVA is also VERY attentive to smaller groups in a way that no other city seems to be. (Though Toronto is also very convention-friendly...unfortunately, there are likely to be more US people attending than non-US, so it would mean making the bulk of the people deal with the hassle of border crossings. Montreal could also have been an option, adding to the French atmosphere.)

Personally, NYC would be an easy drive for me. But LV probably makes more sense overall for a Spring/summer event.

I heard a distressing rumor today.

They dont plan on an IRL in NA anymore. If one is planned they plan to have it in London, again. How wonderful for us middle class that can barely afford to pay normal bills, let alone plane tickets.

If this is indeed the case that is.
