I have maintained a certain amount of discipline while dealing with my fellow Trykers, but my allegiance has always been to my guild and to my faction, first. My first instinct is always to attack first and ask questions later. I never thought of Nexus as anything remotely bloodthirsty, but hey, more power to you.
Spiff at Still Wyler Rememberance wrote:A wise leader, respected by his people and feared by his enemies, Still Wyler was more than a politician. He was a friend, a strong family supporter, and a father to many, even those not of his blood. He will be remembered always as a truly great Tryker. His passion and honor were rare in an age of petty struggles. Many of us had forgotten what it meant to be homins, but not Still. In his dying breath, he reminded me that while I am a disciple of Jena, I am a Homin and a Tryker, first. We don't quite know who my real father was, but Papa Wyler always made sure there were enough dappers for bread and he was always happy to show me to use a bowpistol or how to find the best fiber. Many of us felt as if he were more than just a Governor and a great soldier, before. He treated everybody as if they were family and accepted all Tryker for who they are. Governer Wyler will live long in my heart as more than a father figure and leader, but also as a friend. He will be truly missed and I can only hope that future leaders recall his deeds, his beliefs, and his plan for the whole of the Tryker community. Rest in peace good father, and know that all Trykers have been called to task to assure justice prevails! We will not forget ...

This statment kinda bothers me a bit...Does this mean the dragon blades are bloodthirsty since they attacked an OP and put an RP reason behind it ?

Ahh, Scarazi... perhaps you didn't see the way I was treated AFTER that statement for behaving in true Tryker fashion. Was it wrong for me, a native Tryker, to want to finish off the event by celebrating Papa Wyler's glorious life? Afterwards, the only people to join me in a swim were the Matis! While talking with some fellow Trykers in the bar afterwards, I made it perfectly clear how disappointed I was in my people for failing to see Wyler as he was in his final triumph. The joke was on us and it was so good nobody even sees it. There is no doubt that I love my people, but I saw that day the dark influence of Ma-Duk at work in Fairhaven. The Trykers of old would never have moped around after a memorial of such importance.
