I picked someone near where I live. I can zoom into street level and it seems this person must be a University Student living in the University's Apartments or Dorms. Its pretty accurate to the street. Is this cause people can put in amount of info they desire or is it seriously giving me street info

By default, you just enter your postal code and it places a marker at the center of your city. If you just enter your city, then it just puts the marker at some seemingly random location in the city.
