I think
he knows something about that stuff

Not only does the constitution of the US not apply but, as a private company, Nevrax/Jolt get to make the rules about what goes on within their 'domain' (within limits) the same way a corporate entity can make you wear a suit to work or have you sign NDAs about contracts or whatever.

This is what i think...
you, Xavier should do your job, Community Liaison,
and let the board moderators moderate the boards, `cause trust me mate, you're no good at it.
J's posts have always been stright to the point always giving constuctive critisism, enlightening and productive. never a flame, a troll, only his opinion noting reasons why he believed in such opinions, That last post of his was not offensive, nor was it in any way a flame/troll, and i believe it fell under the above quote.
banning kye and fasi for dissagreeing with this censorship was unjustifyed also as it too was covered by the above quote, each of thier posts contained reasons behind thier thoughts.
this censorship and total disregard for certain players and thier opinions is not gonna help you one bit, thier opinions may well save your job.
the break in nevrax/customer privacy policy, by the (first time) announcement that you had banned someone was inexplicable, and was totally the wrong time to do it and definatly the wrong person to do it to. J was the voice of many of us, and his depth of thinking and experience was admirable. you, Mr Antoviaque, could have actually learnt a thing or two if you bothered to read his posts in the content and concept that they were meant.

I took the advice of all those who said if you don't like it quit.
Stop beating up on Nervax - they wana make ANOTHER WoW or EQ II clone let em thay are about 5+ dev years behind schedule, maybe they just might catch up.
Stop beating up on each other, doesn't do anyone any good, just creates bad blood.
I am goning to leave quietly. I loved the game that was and is no more. I loved the people that have now mostly have left or are trapped in prepaid subs (like me).
Have fun and maybe I will check back if the next part ever gets made (It was an 8 year plan, wasn't it .... or was I mistaken here too and its 8 years per part)

Don't misunderstand me though. This is NOT meant to stop you from giving your real thoughts or from stating that something is bad if that's what you think. We rely on these comments to improve our work. But they have to be written in a constructive and courteous way.
Just applying what I said.

Since there have been misunderstandings, here the procedures of forum rules enforcement:
- When a new flaming/trolling post appears, I look at the history of the account, to see if this is a reccurrent behavior or not;
- If it isn't, I just issue a warning by email;
- If it is, or if a warning has been ignored, the forum access is suspended.
