Okay, I've only been back for less than a week but new big pet peeve... dishonest GMs.

I'm pretty new in most regards and I could be fooled by a lot of stuff. Is there any kind of feedback email or do you just leave certain GMs on ignore and wait till when others are on?

Well I personally have never had any problems, and find the SoR CSR team the best and most friendly there is... But to answer your question, the support page says this:

If you have a concern with a CSR. wrote:If you encounter any problem or issue with a Customer Support Representative (CSR), please email us all the details at mailto:?subject=&body= .
Although you will not receive any replies, all emails will be fully investigated at Nevrax by the internal CS team.

Without giving names or pointing the finger, could you elaborate on what happened? :)

@svayvti - I think it's safe to say that being "dishonest" to our players would be the last thing our team of CSR's would want. Our CSR's are here to help and assist you. They sometimes have to make tough decisions, but when they do, you can be assured they have a good reason for it. ;)

Please don't hesitate to contact one of our CSR's to talk about your specific case, or to write an email to the address sprite listed in his posting above.

Fyros are supposed to be warriors and have the best fortifications. Others... just harvesters, crafters and king worshippers.

Biggest frustration? Lack of credibility in game. In other terms the events, the fame, the hunts, the levels, all you do seems to affect only the character. Getting a q200 armor as an event reward is ok i guess, but I just don't see how this fits into the lore.

Ah, and the 2-nd big frustration is boredom. If you get bored of hunting - assuming you have a team to hunt with - you can only harvest mats for crafting. When you become bored of harvesting, you have to craft the mats. End of story. Hunting, harvesting, crafting. Maybe I lack imagination but I get bored fast of those. Missions and quests? Too easy to acomplish and the rewards are less than decent.

OK Since Lawrence is looking here I go.

I'm pretty happy with the game tbh I've not had time to even get to do all the rites, work my fame to the level I want, Explore all the areas and even map all the harvesting spots or learn the movements of all of atys creatures. And I play alot.

Now what I HATE about the game and yes the term "hate" is how strongly these things aggrevate me.

1. Something that absolutely will not give me experience can repeatedly kill me while I stand no chance of kiling it. (example - prime root gruesome kincher pretty much means i'm gonna die). And to rub it in "...is to easy" come on please dont insult me; it was not easy actually it was very hard killing that stupid little gruesome kincher.

2. I make a critical hit and make the mob lose xxx stam. The mob repeatly hits me specials over and over. Lets be honest the mobs are uber haxors and have infinite stam or dont even need stam to use their specials. Make my critical do something else please.

3. Mobs can do special after special after special....come on now this is ridiculous...whats so special when the do it so often.

4. PvP - come on now lets be honest this game's strength is faction versus faction or group vs group. The 1v1 is not the strength of this game (actually if i want 1v1 style of duleing there are other games out there) and never was. So with that out there why are we even pretending Umbra and Nexus are PvP they are not they should be GvG or FvF. Knoll of dissent is faction vs faction so why not the other lands. If this is not acceptable then at least make fame worth something.
a.) If I have high Matis fame and someone ganks me then why do they walk by the matis guards as nothing has happened? Because my high matis fame doesnt help me when it was a player killing me. Why didnt they lose fame and why if they kill people over and over again can it not get tot he point where they cant go into towns. If they had killed Matis famed NPCs over and over again they would have lost Matis fame. However, I am in some way as a player not entitled to have the players lose fame for killing me? I'm in some way less worthy of the protection of the higher beings that punish these killers with hits to their fame? In FBT I could not go near the Pyr Defenders without being blown to pieces due to my massively bad fyros fame. Why go backwards and remove this type of function?

b.) If its Faction vs Faction then at least people will have a little more commitment before ganking others. They will have to work on their fame to group with their fellow gankers (not sure if thats even a word :P )

Yeah, I don't want to diss the the GM team. Since I"ve been back I think I've asked at least 3 questions a night about game changes.

But there was one person, and it was the first time I'd gotten them. I was asking why I was unable to do something I used to be able to do in the game last time I played. Now this is something I had done before coming back quite a lot, and I intended to do a lot now that I've come back. I had to press and press just to get a straight answer (Which I got as to why I couldn't perform said activity).. then the GM suddenly got very curt and said it had always been this way (The GM claimed it had been the same when he played in beta... however I was a beta tester and played at release... it didn't work as it does now). Now I"m not asking him to do anything.. I'm just asking a simple question about a change curious if I was doing something wrong.

Yeah, the design change decision is a little frustrating because I can't do what I had hoped to... but what really upset wasn't the hard pressed answer... it was the whole way one singuler GM responded.

I do want to say that of the other at least half a dozen guides and GMs I've dealt with have been stellar. They've been polite and tried to be absolutely helpful to answer my questions so I can understand how the game now works after 9 months of changes. Without a doubt they've been more helpful than any other MMO I've played. Anyways this is the last I have to say publically on the matter, I'll use the email address briefly here.

Don't forget that GMs are humans too. They can have a bad day, be under pressure (doing /who gm, sometimes there is only one, so can probably get pretty buzy). Not that it is an excuse, just to point out that they are not always in top shape.

As for putting a GM/Guide on ignore. Why? They try to help as much as they can. Besides, if on ignore and they are trying to contact you, because someone said you are botting, prepare to get banned (seen/heard of it before, in other games).
