Six pages later.
And one thing is just painfully obvious, as of later today or tonight, you all will be on the EE server, a fresh new server, a new start, a new community your joining.
Why bicker about anything that every happened on Windermeer server at all.
What lived with that server, died with that server, its time to start anew.

But that is all my guild does. We do not drag around active, as you call them, mobs.
Like I said Caitiff, I'm not getting at you
. I was just posting to make sure that
nobody tries to use this as an excuse. I look forward to meeting
all the new players to our server. What happens there will make my mind up about the players, not what is said here.

lathan wrote:No, the point is that I DID kill someone because I know they were botting, and for that I am on a guilds blacklist. That's all. I'm not going to hide under rp as a reason for killing them, it's simply because I don't like people cheating, and I will kill them for it.
Newcomers, ill do the same. Prolly wont be direct hit (due to my puny lvls), but i can train as well as the best
= In my not to do list botting is still number one, followed by training and harrassing.
As for factions, "good fame" (between people fame) and ?!?!?! land owning ?!?!?!?!, all i have to say is the Kami are a bit on the "bad boys" side (on EE, and from what i see on NA), and i was hoping the merge would do something about that... (mainly cause im a Matis based "goody 2 shoes" Kami tryker, if anyone believes...). I mean, i thought Karavan were the misterious and "non-treehuggers" folk, but in game pop seems a lot of the "i'm bad" attitude went to kami... go figure

As a note to Predzz and Ozric, I can't speak on behalf of EoA but AoA i will. The accusation of AoA botting is totally rediculous.
Nowhere did i mention botting in my post, so im not sure where you got this "accusation" from.

I have reported people i see exploiting.
The only reason i made a comment on the forums about it at all was to refute the original claim that the guild is whiter than white. Some of your members are not.

brithlem wrote:Actually I wrote your guild leader and high officer... all speaking of peace before entering the new server. Writng about nothing but trying to put all of this behind us... and move on. Your high officer (who is an absolute gem... if I may add) got back to me several times about it... just in case you think I'm making this up.
I really didnt want to get into this dialogue and I especially did not want to get into it with Infinity. I assume by Guild Leader you mean me (Sinful) and High Officer you mean (Anissa). We are some of the original founders of the guild however we do not adhere to a top down style of orginization but that is for another discussion. I'm surprised you didn call us "Dray-Ghoons" again.
Back to the point you state you do not wish to continue this war. However, you members clearly seem out of your control if you're words have any spark of truth. You speak of trying to put the past behind us yet your members in a obviously coordinated effort on several occassions have done nothing but harress people who just want to have fun and enjoy some fun group hunting. I have been the target of numerous verbal assaults from a member of your guild as well as hear of your planning to get me in one way or another. Why even a couple days ago the Dragoons as well as our allies went to roots where Infinity was attacking Lathaniel in a 9 v 1. You were there as was I. How do you speak of better relations when you yourself are witness to these actions.
You also state of that first roots incident that caused this to be Karavan/Kami type of dispute. It is not a Karavan/Kami dispute at all and dont try to throw in role playing. Infinity attacked Michele in roots while harvesting who is a polite and friendly person in game. Michele's friends which happened to include us came to her and her guild's aid. There was absolutely no RP or Karavan/Kami issues in this. It was clearly a case of ambushing a harvester that has never done anything to harm you.
For you to speak of better relations before the members of your guild start to behave is clearly premature.

Oh please people. Can't we start on the new server with a clean slate.
I am with zumwalt. It is over, done, get over it. Stop beating the horse it is dead.
Pretend everyone is new and see what happens. This is a game. Remember that.
Let it all die on the old server and let us start over.
Don't let hate consume you. Let the GM's work on it. Send a ticket or whatever it is if you see it happen again. Give them a chance to correct the problem.
Your all adults or think most of you are. Be big about it shake hands and go on with it.
Enjoy the game. This certain doesn't sound like having fun to me.
Have a happy day.

It started out 3 on 1... and could never have reached 9 vs. 1 as, at our height, we had 6 people there. I'm not complaining that we were outnumbered 9 vs. 5 at the end... it was PvP... we got outnumbered. End of story.
Moreover... I had fun there... both while we had superior numbers and also while we had inferior numbers. I'd like to think people don't take PvP too seriously... I mean... at the end I wrote what I felt was a sign of respect for your guild... and departed with neither rude comment nor hard feelings. Never did myself nor any of my guildmates get personal.
Lath dropped Zen... we dropped Lath... Backup came for both sides. Good PvP fun.
Additionally... when we had the numbers... we continually tried to rez Pad... Buns... and even invited others to come out of the safety of the TP... free of worry of being attacked so they could rez their teammates who I was unable to rez despite my best efforts (dropping team... Tping back to the same TP and walking out of the zone again... everything i tried didn't work.) We showed respect for your guildmates who came to defend their friend... after all isn't defending a friend an honorable act?
I spoke of peace between guilds before... and still do now. PvP is fun... I had a good time... my guys had a good time... from the tells I was in with people on your side of the incident I felt that they were of the same mindset. Perhaps I was wrong... perhaps not.
Also, I don't see how attacking Lath (not your guild & hit our guy first) can be construed as a deviation from earnest peace offerings with your guild. I meant it then and still mean it now. Shoot me a tell in game... we'll chat... this forum thing is way too impersonal for such delicate conversation as this.
And Lath... to sum up what the rest of my guys wrote... we don't care that you attacked Zen... we welcome PvP in it's entirety... after all it is a PvP zone. It's the "judge and jury" thing that we're arguing against... not the action. It may seem like splitting hairs... and I'm not saying we wouldn't have fought back if you had dropped Zen for other reasons. We would have.
To be perfectly honest I was glad that you (Lath) ended up with backup. It made it fun... gave us something to do for an hour (or however long the whole ordeal lasted) that would have otherwise been spent with a pick in our hands just chatting about general sillyness. So truthfully, thank you.
