No, I dont. Is nothing I dislike more than those things. But as long as "people of success" from the whole world has build their success on actions like those, I really start to question myself if I am wrong.... or them.

That was the answer you requested. Let's drop it, ok?

I don't like this, because our team was trying to kill him too, but without exploiting the cliff, and we even got dp, they didn't, they just killed the boss from down the cliff and stole our fun.

heineken is slecht, leer echte dingen drinken ;)
I understand your concern but I don't think killing him from the bottom is exploiting, after all, we were being shot at by magicians ( and the boss itself too i think ) so it was still possible for us to get DP. I consider exploiting when you are killing npcs/mobs/... that can not harm you in any way and i try to always report this when i see it.

Like you, we tried to kill the boss without having to go through the mess with all his guards. This is just a faster way. If you knew you could have killed him the same way we did wouldn't you have done the same? Maybe you are just jealous you didn't think of it yourself.

It may be (much) more challenging to kill him by luring him away from his minions, or killing all the minions and this may give more satisfaction afterwards. But so is killing him without equipment on your own and using only lvl 20- spells too... It'll also be more challenging to get to level 250 by only killing ploderos and yelks, than ocyx and jugs....

There's a difference between accomplishing a goal as fast as possible and having the most fun possible (by making it more challenging for example) and staying within boundaries of the applied rules (if that makes sense).

I want to add that the Zorai boss is, atm, way too easy to kill. Even easier than Aen. I'd rather see all npc bosses as challenging as the Tryker one. She and her minions are already responsible for over 10 mil of my DP but it was well worth every mil.
I think more of these (worthwile/rewarding) challenges at higher levels are welcome.

PS: geef je wel gelijk dat heineken zuigt, net zoals alle andere hollandse brol :P

maybe i am crazy, maybe i dont want your help, but its my live, my account and my decision.

Maybe i dont like many ppl of the community, maybe i dont like anybody here, maybe i hate everybody, you all... think what you want...

You will never know the true, and i will never tell it.

Some Ppl know it, they are *i dont know you know the word* "friends".

A good communiuty is the most important thing and i think i ve found it now.

And it hasnt to do anything with my Ele-Level, but i think it's a really problem of the problem.
Your english is even more worse then mine. You should have answered in german too.

Its hard to understand what you mean. Sometimes i think to read between the lines... You want to level ? You are solo ? You need such places since you are solo ?

If you want to talk i am willing to do so in game and in german.

blacky88 wrote: Explotion... my opinion is the like before these discussion... Its easy, yes very easy to train ele.... ANYtime everybody wants only to level, when no friend is online, as to live in this **** community... And its realy fast... i think... So the Canyon in FF would be perfect...
I think that havnt to be forbidden, its a mistake of the creater... so they have to remove this mistake, with removing the mobs there and they havnt to create rules, cos of their mistakes.. i will feel free by playing ryzom.. i do what i want, so when i would want to level in canyon... i would do it and say for me: "**** on the others.. now its my turn" thats true... nobody can forbid me anything, also not to train my ele, with killing Mobs and getting normaly Exp.
Do you even care about what is written here?
http://www.ryzom.com/?page=legal
If what you say is true, expect to get punished (banned?) soon (or at least, you should)

There are written and unwritten rules in any community. You can't just 'do what you want'...

To people wondering: The shalah killing is an exploit of a bug/game design fault.

From dictionary.com:
v 1: use or manipulate to one's advantage; "He exploit the new taxation system"; "She knows how to work the system"; "he works his parents for sympathy" [syn: work]

You can safely kill the shalahs in FF as they will try to run to you if you don't kill them in time, but they have to run very far - so far that they lose their aggro and just return to where they were. No risk involved... That's clearly not how this game is meant to be... If you want something risk free, go play a MMO without combat (yes, there are some out there)

No games allow you to exploit design faults/bugs. If you have a guide or GM staring at you doing something most people would have enough common sense to be at least suspicious about, I'd say that was a good hint to stop doing it.

Please before doing something like this again think about activating teleports in another level 250 areas, so ppl above level 200 can hunt everywhere, not only in one region.

lot's of tp's in lv250 pr's ;)
