Ryzom

The concept of releasing a game that is nothing like the box with pie in the sky promises is really not working anymore. If I honestly saw any chance of serious changes in the future I could force myself to log in for an hour or two. But the similarities to EQ are growing.

EQ promises galore, bait and switch galore, Ryzom follows suit.
Game grinds to a halt due to lack of game growth and change, and MANY features promised NOT delivered, sounds ALOT like Horizons AND Ryzom.

Guys, as much as I loved the Potental of this game...I have seen women date a man for his potental and marry him, before he ever even started working on reaching that potental and guess what? They are in the EXACT same spot 20 years later, same thing here, If they haven't delivered SOMETHING of substance by now...they aren't going to.

Yep, I am VERY likely canceling my subscription now. I don't have time to waste in a game that isn't concerned with the WHOLE of gamer types and who doesn't have their act in gear. By the time they DO get their act in gear, it will be like Horizons, a painful joke in MMORPG history, the little game that could...one FINE day...maybe be great.

We will just wait for the next 10 posts in the next few months where you say you MAY quit again or that you already quit and somehow keep posting in the forums because you like the game so much, and that it could be great but it isnt bla bla bla...

Get me xcom back plz...
