Today a boss kitin was killed at zorai territory. I just hope that does something... it would be kinda dumb if not. Any feedback on this anyone?

Is the relation between forage supplyed secretion and crafter mats you get from NPC confirmed? If they are, I surely would be more motivated to keep on turning in those 30*q100 secretion more than thrice...
Also the white guards in Dyron (Fyros land) that pops up now and then lasts about 10 minutes, then theyre dead, If our sweat payed for that.. then its no use hehe..

Well I remember one event NPC saying that "until we scout out the kitin bosses we have to reinforce the camps.." or something... maybe we need to kill these bosses in all lands...

Handing in secretion definitely DOES provide crafters with preorder tokens to get wondermat. The QL of the secretion does not need to match the QL of the wondermat (just as well as we can only harvest QL 80). The only problem is you only find out the Master Crafter is out of preorder tokens AFTER you've given him the equipment. Twice I harvested secretion afterwards (300 units, then over 600 units in a group) and twice the preorder tokens returned.
Crafting equipment and delivering the resulting packages definitely DOES create guards. I have seen a guard appear after completing this mission.
The guards ARE now being posted to the 3 outposts (around Dyron at least). They don't last very long in Dyron but it does mean you are safer than before around the other outposts.
With enough guards in Dyron then I guess they would have the strength of numbers to kill the kitins quickly, with minimal losses. I do wonder what happens when the server is quiet - are all the days guards 'used up'?
I also noticed that a boss kipucka appeared last night after all the guards had been killed. Is there a link between these two?

May I make a suggestion that applies to all lands for this event.
Doing it one guard at a time is not going to work!
I would suggest that we build stocks of the guard creation items. Horde them for the next day or two. Then create all the guards at once.
Just an thought.

I find it hard to agree that the EE events team haven't provided clues and hints. My first port of call at the outset of any event is the Arispotle section here on the forum. Shadowwe has provided plenty of clues. The thread can be found here -
http://ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8335
Following discussions at the Samsara-organised Indendant's Ball on Sunday, attended by players from across all regions, and from a cross-section of many of the guilds, Endasil has started a thread, also in the Arispotle section, attempting to organise a combined racial effort. Lots of players have expressed an interest in this approach. The link is here -
http://ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9807
In it he mentions that he's created a forum purely for the purpose of co-ordinating the battle over the days to come. Here, too, is the link to his Invasion Forum -
http://www.dragonrealmsoftware.com/invasion
So as far as I can see we have ongoing clues from the Events Team and the beginings of a much more co-ordinated approach from the players.
This is more like it! I love watching how the combined efforts of the community have developed since this invasion began

Just one thing as with any MMOG only about 25% of the players ever visit this forum, it needed more ingame information.

Indeed, and something more then the MOTD, saying there is a invasion, go defend does not give alot of info. A NPC in the capital with some more information would help maybe?

Actually, as was posted in that thread by kaetemi when reposting Takashi's information, "they're getting more information than us (on the US server)"
It wasn't well after Takashi's post on the US boards that Shadowweb did a similar 'this is what needs to be done' post on the EE boards rather than just encouraging us to go fight. Don't get me wrong - I appreciate that Shadowweb's help - but its pretty apparent that we didn't get the same information on a timely basis that other servers did. Something for the jolt folks to really think about.
Hadn't thought this thread would be this long, but, hey, what the heck.
