I think we can all agree the idea was great, but the implementation $ux0r3d.

The implementation is indeed lacking. Alpha-like bugs, lack of ability to host a scenario without babysitting it, etc. Part one of the reason it never got popular.

In theory, the Ring is good for everything except grinding, gaining uber stuff, and being spoon-fed premade content. There's part two of the reason...and it's a human failure, not a feature failure...

Try not to let people get to you Xy. Les Bannis is a very random group of people and was a lot of fun, and, like you, I will be visiting Aniro every so often just to have some fun and explore the lake region a bit more (practice my sneakin skills, since my main lacks that skill for the most part )
