Offically kami oasis is closed for a future event, then again thathas beens aid for over two years.
weird i was told by a friend who used to play the game and visited that oasis...

why not ask about it to devs ? If this event was to be lore related and and GF knows the lore (the rest of the story i mean) then they should have no problem organising that event themselves (that is...the day the events team shows a sign it actually EXISTS)

Edited: Deleted a very negative post.
Untill someone throughs a very large amount of money into ryzom things wont change with any speed, maybe gameforge will do this, i hope so for all those people who are still playing after 2 and a half years of "improvements" and still feel things will change.
Meh changed it to something not so negative

My vote would also go for the Phoenix Heal animation.

And Vince the Ninja Yubo. :D

Can't recall any bug issues in beta and FBT. Ya have Paramount Stock in Void as a nice "safe place" in the middle of purples. The Oasis used to be the Fyros equivalent.....nice place to have events like "officer elevations" tourneys etc with a little bit of a challenge to get to.

If you log out nakie, you will be wearing them at the next log in screen. They did not really change color....they just need laundering ....that's red mold growing on them.

And log out in ya room or in GH when in undies....seems ya guild are flat mates play joke on ya and ya wake up out in the street nekid .... and in unlaundered undies.

Aye I remember the system info. lag meant we couldnt talk to each other untill 3 mins after the spawn was finished and the log caught up, having more then 2 healers was not that great

There was only ever one thing that happened there. The first wedding if I remember right. Was open all through beta, never had any problems with it! To be honest it's only the fact that most cant get to it that probably makes it appealing, all there is , is the alter hut lake, no NPC's or anything!

*The Phoenix animation would be cool to see again, but it might take some work to fit it in with all the different spell types, as all spells in beta were the same animation if i remember right.. pretty much everything else in beta was alot worse then it is now.

I'd tend to agree there. All things considered, the game is better now that it was in the early days. Even things I feared would ruin the game (such as the heal changes) have turned out to just make me change how I play - adapt and survive. ;)

I've only ever seen the phoenix effect in pictures, never saw it in action. Anybody know if there are any clips about with it in?
