Yup I agree would have to be Gold leaf over Kevlar weave if you wanted any performance but for Bragging rites in a car park solid gold would win out.

Neither however would be free as with anything worth having in life.

Is the same problem at least for me, still have to have approval for a debit card, and am unlikely to get that.

Anything that isn't just another go between between Nevrax and yet another online payment company. Am not necesarily saying Paybycash is such a bad option, am saying having it only month to month is.

If you are an example of what I might expect from this community, I just might do that. Thank you for the wonderful suggestion.

Go on then what game.

I'm not sure whether to take this as an insult or not, but the way it is worded, I will take it as that. Not everyone has the ability or the desire to get a credit card, and the non credit card option that is currently available I find to be rediculous in the amount of processing time from the time the action is initiated to the time Nevrax actually gets the funds and activates the subscription. By continuing to offer this option and not looking into other possibly quicker ways to accomplish this, Nevrax is shooting themselves in the foot.

In game I had really felt that this was a community that I would like to join and feel comfortable in, but the more I read stuff in the forums, I realize this is not the case. In reading the forums I am finding more and more the same kind of people I find in every other MMO I have played, which was what I was hoping I had escaped when I came here.

The more that I read, the more I realize that some of the most negative posters aren't interested at all in increasing the population of Ryzom.

I'm happy to see an incraese in the paying population yes, look no offense but I'm a pretty nice guy ingame and I go out of my way to help those, but only those prepared to help themselves. Still I fail to see how lowering the level cap really kills the game that much, the only people who've really moaned so far are ones who haven't paid at all. You can call me a troll if you want or say I'm mean but I'm just being honest right, anyone who can't get a feel for the gameplay in a possible 84 levels and wont pay a few pounds/dollars/euros to check it out well tough.

Not to mention the island isn't really representative of the mainland anyway.

And as already stated there's other ways than credit card to pay, I was just using it as a figure of speech and if people can't find 10 pound etc to test a game for a month then really you shouldn't be there in the first place.
