So from what I get, attacking diggers or crafters is legal if they are tagged, but can be considered rather rude by some. My question is (and this is based more on people who have an active PvP tag), why is that considered rude if the player has PvP enabled? Just curious on the reasoning, since the flag can be turned off.
The point of issue is the PvP zones, where anyone there is AUTO tagged ON. And I am in the same stance as you on PvP...I am aware of it, it gives me concerns...but I am happy to live with the current situation of PvP areas.
It is another aspect of the game for me to participate in if I want to :)

Nexus and the lands of umbra aren't that bad. Ocassionally you get someone that is out nuking diggers but for the most part its pretty rare. Supernode pvp is the exception to that, tho often the supernodes can be dug peacefully.

Most folks refrain from excessive pvp in umbra because in the end it just makes everyones life miserable. Not to say that it doesn't happen, just that its not as big an issue as everyone makes out.

lol Well, I think I will most likely take a passive/aggressive stance on auto-PvP zones regarding diggers... fire when fired upon sort of thing.

As for fashion police... I'm not going to try and enforce fashion ethics on anyone... *looks at mismatched socks* (and yes... ironically, I did put on two different socks this morning... *laughs at self*)

my (mine, me, no one else has to agree!!) opinion(s)

* i wear my tag to show i support the kami, not because i want to attack people constantly.
* i dont expect to be attacked constantly (and i am not, at all)
* attacking diggers is pointless - there is no challenge, sometimes there is a reason as i stated in previous post.
* because of the extended family in guilds and alliance's and friends, and mutual respect between players of all types being mindful of your actions has some meaning. Somone nuking me while i dig in void isnt just nuking me :)
* because you can do something isnt a reason to do it. Infact not doing it can often say a lot more about a person.
