LOL I just read through this thread and discoverd that a few of you have been arguing two different points and claiming them to be one sort of thing
anyway I havent been on the ats so I dont know quite what has or hasent been fixed becaus of them but all I can say is they shouldent have put it in the relese notes if they knew it wasent working... (I know its already been said but thats what I think) as for whether or not bugs happen.. that they do and theres not much that can be done about it just dont say that they dont exist when you know they do 
as for the patch I have my ups and downs on it heres what I came accross
healing nerf sucks it makes sence to heal more hp than sap or stamina becaus due to mobs hitting you and off course ressing you go through more hp than sap an hp even if you dont use many in the cast or hitting action...
Nukeing nerf sucks!! they say that its all realative that if you have 250 jewrly and 250 armour that its not all that bad... oh so what about those off us that cant find 250 gear???
they say that it now requires skill to nuke and it dident before.. so how come there were plenty of party wipes due to simple mistakes or weird pop routiens?
I mean come on since when do things just apear to atack you? this means that you have to use tactics whether or not your just using the biggest spells you have aslo if you had a low healer then you would have to use smaller spells so that they could keep up... this doesent seem void of tactics to me
melee Woot now I can be a 250 tank and totaly own any mage that comes into my path as long as he isent wearing a full set off 250 supreme armour and jewlry except that im a nuker and cant do stuff all in pvp I mean in pvp your dammage is halved anyway if your a nuker and yet the melee gets practicly full damage becaus the nuker is in light armour or none at all to lower casting costs.... although none at all is a stupid idea
as for jewlry and so on I havent tried and im a low lvl in that anyway.
new wepon specialitys yea thats great havent used it yet but the idea is awsome each wepon has its place but none are totaly useless (unlike nukers)
I mean sure a nuker is good if you have a group of 8 players but if your on at a time like me when there isent many pple on at all it gets tiresome getting dp instead of xp!!
This is comeing from a 247 nuker and 170 melee and 136 healer
ive played for 7 months! I know a lot of you have played longer but I still think that in 7 months (a lot of that time about 5 months in fact was playing almost all day every day appart from when at collage about 3 days a week but I still played into the wee hours of the morning on those days) I should have at least one skill at 250 and another one well on the way.
anyones thoughts to prove me wrong would be well appreciated just make sure there well grounded caus I just had a guide talk to me for over half an hour in a tell about it and he dident convince me of anything yet
everything else seems cool I love the new tooltips and so on these things make games stand out when gameplay is getting old
so good work devs on that but I realy do call for at least half of my abilities back as a nuker and healer.
