Silly questions that I'm sure you already thought of:
- Which country are you in? Some countries were excluded from winning, *or* it might just be taking a while (yes I know that last point may be pushing it a bit)
- Have you emailed/asked anyone about it? (eg Law, someone on the CSR team)
- Is your mailing adress correct?

im from finland
and yep adress is correct, maybe ill wait a bit longer before start mailing CSR team
